Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
Customers must contact us first before sending any item back.
We will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Original tags must be attached.
Items must be free from human/animal hair.
Items with smells (smoke, deodorant, cologne, etc.) cannot be accepted.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
If the item does not pass inspection, it will be shipped back to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within up to 7 business days, and applied to your original payment method.
If your return is denied, it will be returned to you.

If there is any issue with your order (incorrect, damaged, or missing items), customers must contact us so we can assist immediately.
